All Access Festival Passes
The best way to experience Soho Live Jazz Week is with a festival pass for walk-in access to any Jazz Week events happening that day *capacity dependent. This limited allocation will sell out, and all pass holders (for any date) receive complimentary access to all Saturday events as well! For FAQ about our passes click here. All Access Passes FAQ

All-access passes allow guests to go and walk in-between venues and enjoy shows and seating (where available).
We cannot guarantee entry into any venue or seating once inside for All Access Pass holders. If you intend to see a specific set, we recommend you plan to arrive early as the venues vary in size, and many have limited seating areas. We recommend buying a ticket for a particular show to guarantee a seat or ticket. We have limited passes on sale, to ensure that all pass holders have multiple live jazz shows to choose from at any one time, even if some events are full to capacity.

The Piano Bar Soho is the Festival Box Office HQ, from 5pm on the day of your specified pass date; you must pick up your pass by 10pm on the festival day.

Yes, each day has a different pass except for Saturday, where all Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday passes can be used.

Your DICE ticket which will be validated, may require a photo ID if you are luckily enough to look under 25. Your ticket can be presented as either a PDF, Email or a ticket in the DICE app.

Guestlist invitees will be emailed specific instructions regarding their particular show or date.

Unfortunately not, tickets and passes are non-transferable once validated. DICE may be able to transfer tickets prior to the ticket being validated, but the physical pass is linked to your DICE ticket and ID.

We are only the festival promoters and are not responsible for the venue, its access policy or how the venue handles its guests. Please contact the venue in the first instance for information about the venue.

None of our events are suitable for Under 18s, apologies and the majority of venues have a Challenge 25 policy in place and do not allow access for Under 18s.

Unfortunately not; all Soho Live Jazz Week tickets and passes are non-refundable. Pre-validation on some occasions, DICE may be able to transfer your ticket to another guest, but this is completely controlled by DICE box office. They can be contacted at help@dice.fm
